| Background
Tim is an experienced diver with over 20 years of diving. He is a writer, a photographer, and a mathematician. The last profession as an actuary is what pays the bills. His writing includes some of the material presented in these pages as well as a textbook on life insurance and annuities which is studied by actuaries in training and a new book entitled Living to 100 and Beyond based on his research and his role as co-chair of an international symposium on the same topic.

An Exhibit of Tim's photography and video including much of what is shown here is on display at the World Aquarium in St. Louis, MO. The page links on the left will take you to the written descriptions of Tim's diving expeditions. The Great White Shark material was the basis for a 30 minute video on Great White Sharks which runs continually at the World Aquarium and was submitted to the Explorers' Club Film Festival last year. The description of the Whale Shark expedition was provided to an exotic travel company and the Caribbean document was written just for fun but has been published twice.
